General condition is grave. On the second day of illness there appeared an infiltration near the internal edge of orbit and cheek on the right. Skin above it is hyperemic, fluctuation cannot be detected. Palpebral fissure is narrowed. Right nasal meatus discharges pus. There is an infiltration on the vestibular surface of alveolar process and palate on the right. Mucous membrane above it along the mucogingival fold is hyperemic, there is fluctuation.
