- Anterior vertex presentation
Correct answer
Posterior vertex presentation
Explanation
A cephalic presentation is a situation at childbirth where the fetus is in a longitudinal lie and the head enters the pelvic first. The most common form of cephalic presentation is the vertex presentation where the occiput is the leading part. All other presentations are abnormal. Vertex presentation is classified according to the position of the occiput. We have: Left Occiput Anterior (LOA), Left Occiput Posterior (LOP), Left Occiput Transverse (LOT). The same is for the right and hence ROA, ROP, and ROT. In our question, this is posterior vertex presentation.
